Personal Training

Exceed your fitness goals with the guidance and expertise of our personal trainers. We will work with you one-on-one to develop an effective workout program that is customized for your unique needs.

Through personal training, you will gradually increase your conditioning, while also increasing physical and cognitive skills. We'll take the time to discuss your short and long-term goals, and develop a plan to get you there.

Your personal trainer will deliver more than just great results in the gym - he or she will also serve as a source of motivation and accountibility. All of our trainers have solid coaching experience and can address a variety of fitness and weight management issues.

 


 

Our Trainers:


Paul Foust

No stranger to working out himself, owner Paul Foust is a certified trainer with numerous awards in powerlifting under his belt. He began competing several years ago and won the Tennessee state powerlifting title in 2003. Just this year, Paul set a new National and World deadlifting record through the Southern Powerlifting Federation. He enjoys working out with and training others in preperation for competition and sports.




Shane Melton
Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Shane has spent the past several years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. He is proficient in training both males and females of every age and fitness level, having worked with those just beginning an exercise program to the seasoned professional. Shane is currently studying to become a registered nurse.
